AI day: five releases, infrastructure not models

AI dominates the wire, with five of seven releases touching inference and tooling plumbing rather than new model weights. vLLM lands a major version bump with 717 commits, InvokeAI ships a breaking database migration, and llama.cpp tunes CUDA kernels. Nostr and Privacy each contribute a single point release. Nothing here is a model drop; it is the scaffolding around them, upgrade paths, permission fixes, and kernel tiling.
