Introduction
Nordic walking and walking meditation are two distinct practices that offer a plethora of benefits for both the body and mind. While Nordic walking focuses on physical exertion and cardiovascular health, walking meditation is a form of mindfulness that aims to cultivate mental clarity and emotional stability. Interestingly, both practices share a common thread: the act of walking. This article aims to delve deep into the nuances of these two practices, exploring their origins, benefits, and how they can complement each other.

Nordic Walking#
Nordic walking originated in Finland and was initially a summer training regimen for cross-country skiers. The practice involves walking with specially designed poles to engage the upper body, making it a full-body workout.
Walking Meditation#
Walking meditation, on the other hand, has its roots in ancient Buddhist traditions. It is a form of 'meditation in action,' where the focus is on the sensations of the body as one moves slowly and deliberately.

- be kind to yourself - it your mind starts wandering - just get back to them Over time it will be better and better
Best part of it - you dont need to commute to the gym - you just start a walking session when you gets out you reach your meditation place and continue walking. Even 45 minutes is priceless
