A Conscious Transition

Introduction: The Laboratory of Observation
Until the property Avalon Tulum is sold, I have not been able to close the profile I created on the 21st of August 2019 on Instagram. Throughout this time, that account has served me as a laboratory of observation: an experimental space where I have been able to study the rhythm, the dynamics, and the behavioural patterns that predominate on centralised networks.

Development: The Concert and the Suggestion
On Wednesday, the 30th of September, I attended the concert of Clara Sophia in Zurich, an experience I immortalised in a full article. At the end of the event, whilst conversing with Clara Sophia and her partner Yuval, I shared with enthusiasm my vision of Nostr. I noticed that, despite my explanations, it was complex for them to assimilate a paradigm so distinct from the one they are accustomed to¹. With a kind smile, Yuval suggested that Instagram would be the simplest channel to share information about the protocol with them.

The Conscious Decision
It was then that I made the decision to enter the platform one last time, with the purpose of sharing with them the article I had written about the experience of that day (Journey Through the Frequency). I did so with a clear and firm premise: my communication on that network has always been sporadic, and my intention is to continue the journey in spaces more aligned with my essence.

I hold the very best wishes and frequently manifest my longing to sell Avalon Tulum. In the deepest part of my daily labours and acts, I wish to release the ties with that place, as I feel that certain bonds are affecting my connection with life, with the present, and with the natural flow of my existence.

The Metaphor of the Hot Oil
The experience of returning to Instagram has been for me like “carefully touching hot oil with the tip of a finger”. I was able to swiftly interrupt the immersion in that which the vast majority live minute by minute: the infinite scroll downwards on platforms designed to retain attention, not to mention what the algorithm and data manipulation continue to do to the social fabric.

Conclusion: Returning to DeSoc's
In this way, I return to DeSoc (Nostr) with the tranquillity of having attempted to plant a seed of consciousness amongst people in the world of entertainment. I do so with the grand hope that, one day, the current — especially people with incomparable qualities such as Clara Sophia — will move a little more towards this protocol, to truly support the peaceful preservation of planet Earth.

When something genuinely distinct or new is presented, the brain, accustomed to the rhythms planted by the algorithms, requires time and openness to assimilate alternative paradigms.
