Pickle Chicken

Super easy way to elevate nearly any chicken recipe. The pickle pickle juiced used will effect the flavor, so choose pickles you really like :)

• 🍳 Cook time: 20 min ± , depending on your chosen cooking method and cuts
• 🍽️ Servings: Variable

Ingredients#

• Chicken; whole, parts, or skinned and deboned
• Enough pickle juice to cover the chicken 1-3 cups
• Desired seasonings

Directions#

1. Place chicken in a bag or bowl
2. Cover in pickle juice and refrigerate overnight or up to 24 hours
3. Drain, season, and cook as desired
