Offline Speech to Text 0.12.0: safer personal dictionary

The personal dictionary now restores exact names with hyphens and apostrophes, such as Wi-Fi and O'Reilly, when the punctuation matches your saved entry. Quotes, code spans, URLs, email addresses and dotted identifiers are protected throughout both dictionary passes. Possessive apostrophes no longer hide the words that follow them.

Whisper recognition hints and final spelling cleanup use the same saved list for each transcription. Dictionary saves publish a complete file atomically, and unreadable UTF-8 stays unchanged until you choose to save or clear it. Explicit correction pairs keep priority over preferred-word cleanup.

If you use Stop after silence, you can choose a two, three or five second trailing pause. The default remains two seconds, and automatic stopping starts disabled. A longer pause gives you more time to continue a thought and takes longer to stop. It applies to the next recording.

Recognition and dictionary processing run on the device. Audio, transcripts and dictionary entries stay private. The compact APK contains no speech model; first-time users choose a model in the app. Installed models and settings survive normal updates.

Deterministic matching, concurrent saves and Android update checks passed. Representative spoken-name accuracy remains future work.

APK SHA-256: 9ea63d0450bbed54e0050486c3dd7cc2e9b26d669c1b613aa8ccd22645cca485.
