Offline Speech to Text 0.12.1 is a maintenance release for Android. It simplifies personal-dictionary cleanup and makes opt-in diagnostics easier to interpret.

Dictionary normalization and prompt construction now reuse common code, with fewer temporary allocations and repeated checks. Matching behavior, limits, stored formats and settings stay the same.

Diagnostic logs now label recording and cancellation correctly, include the version and build code when a diagnostic session starts, and record numeric recognition error codes. Debug logging remains opt-in and excludes audio, transcripts and dictionary contents. Speech recognition continues to run on your device.

The production update passed focused regression tests, independent code review, release lint and physical-device upgrade checks. Those checks covered isolated dictionary storage, pause settings and diagnostic fixtures. Representative spoken accuracy remains unmeasured.

Update through Zapstore. The release is version 0.12.1, Android code 46, for ARM64 devices.
