Offline Speech to Text 0.11.0: cleaner English dictation

This release removes the standalone English filler “uh” from finished dictation while keeping nearby words and sentence capitalization intact. The cleanup leaves “huh,” “uh-oh,” quoted speech, filler-only utterances, and other languages untouched. In multilingual Parakeet, select English as the model language; Auto mode lacks a reliable language signal for this rule.

OSTT continues to recognize speech on the device. The compact APK contains no speech model. First-time users choose and download a verified model in the app; installed models survive normal updates. Audio, transcripts, and personal dictionary entries stay on the device. Diagnostic logging starts disabled and records content-free runtime details only when enabled.

Existing users can update in place; their models and settings remain. The production-signed 24 MB APK was verified as an in-place update on a Pixel 6a. It launched and loaded the optimized native backend. The APK's SHA-256 is d9a6e3104b47f4e848c6de8887e00054e027592907493ae597b2fb320b8c8c23.
