Offline Speech to Text 0.10.1 keeps the voice keyboard recording while Android asks you to unblock device-wide microphone access. The keyboard used to count the muted interval toward its silence timeout. Now it waits for real microphone samples, then applies the normal stop-after-silence behavior. You do not need to tap the microphone a second time after granting access.

This patch also completes the keyboard's automatic-stop callback and makes the no-model message on a fresh compact install point directly to model setup. Preferred-word spelling cleanup now runs after decoding with Whisper as well as Parakeet and other supported models. It remains conservative: listing a name does not make the app replace an unrelated ordinary word just because it sounds similar.

Speech and personal-dictionary entries stay on your device. The 24 MB APK does not bundle a model; models already installed remain in app storage during an ordinary update. Download a model only if this is a fresh install.

Install from Zapstore or download the verified APK. The public source includes the v0.10.1 tag and regression tests. The microphone-unblock path was tested on a Pixel 6a with the voice keyboard itself; a controlled spoken-word accuracy test remains useful for personal dictionary terms.
