Crab Dip

I recommend scooping it up with a sturdy cracker or toasted baguette slice to fully savor the melding of flavors. Serve hot!

Ingredients#

• 8 oz crab meat (blue crab or lump)
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 3 Tablespoon mayonnaise
• 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 lemon for lemon juice
• Fresh Chives

Directions#

1. Mix all ingredients except for crab meat and chives
2. Fold in crab meat, mix slowly
3. Coat baking dish with butter or baking spray
4. Bake at 350 F for 25-30 minutes
5. Five minutes before done, sprinkle on 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese and let bake to melt
6. Top with fresh chives, serve and enjoy!
