Despite delays with payments, equipment, and logistics due to a larger-than-expected turnout, the event sparked curiosity about Bitcoin and showcased the Lightning Network. Key lessons included better technical prep, early permissions, and clearer coordination. The team remains proud and excited to improve and grow the event next year.
